Welcome to FlowCaptain

FlowCaptain is an AI-powered appointment assistant for your business. Your callers can check availability, book, cancel, and reschedule appointments by phone — without you having to answer. FlowCaptain works directly with your Google Calendar and ensures that no double-bookings occur.

What you'll set up

  1. Create an account — Sign up, create a workspace, and run through the onboarding wizard
  2. Connect Google Calendar — Securely connect your calendar to FlowCaptain
  3. Configure opening hours — Define when you're available for appointments
  4. Test your voice assistant — Have a test conversation right in your browser

Setup takes just a few minutes. Afterwards, you can test the voice assistant before deploying it for real calls.
