Create Your Account
1. Sign Up
Go to flowcaptain.ai and click Get Started. Sign up with your email address and a password, or use Sign in with Google. If you sign up with email, you'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account.
2. Create a Workspace
After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first Workspace. A workspace is a shared space where you and your team manage calendars. Choose a name for your workspace (e.g. your company name).
3. Onboarding Wizard
The onboarding wizard guides you through the initial setup in three steps:
Step 1 — Basics Enter your business name (e.g. "Praxis Dr. Müller" or "E-Bike Center Berlin").
Step 2 — Schedule Select your country and federal state, set the default appointment duration, and define your opening hours for each day of the week. You can add multiple time ranges per day (e.g. morning and afternoon with a lunch break). The timezone is set automatically based on your country.
Step 3 — Calendar Connect your Google Calendar by sharing it with FlowCaptain's service account. The wizard provides the exact email address to share with and walks you through the process.
After completing the wizard, your calendar is ready to use. You can always adjust these settings later from the calendar detail page.
