Book Appointments by Voice
FlowCaptain can now book appointments directly into your Google Calendar. The caller confirms a time with your voice bot, and the appointment appears on your calendar — with name, phone number, and reason.
How it works for callers
- Caller asks for availability and picks a time
- The voice bot confirms the details
- The appointment is booked instantly and appears on your calendar
If the slot was just taken by someone else, alternative times are offered automatically. No double bookings.
