Two Types of Appointments
Calendars now support multiple services with two fundamentally different modes.
Direct — Customer is present
Classic appointments like consultations or meetings. The caller gets a specific day and time: "Your appointment is on Thursday at 2:00 PM."
Workshop — Customer drops off item
Jobs like repairs or tailoring where the customer leaves the item. The caller gets only the day: "We can schedule the repair for Thursday." The exact time is internal — only visible to your team.
Smart service matching
Callers don't need to say the exact service name. FlowCaptain recognizes abbreviations, partial names, and even typos to find the right service.
Services can be managed directly in the dashboard with individual durations and types.
